The Seagram County Court House Project was a monumental photographic survey commissioned by Joseph E. Seagram and Sons, Inc. to celebrate the 1976 United States Bicentennial.
Directed by architectural historian Richard Pare, the project remains one of the largest photographic surveys of American civic architecture ever conducted
