Carbon Pigment Prints + Cibachrome Prints

There is only one each of these Carbon Pigment prints which were made by Clinton Smith who was, at that time, represented by the gallery.
They are each signed, dated, titled and editioned from the small limited edition (25) that were created.

Referred to as Pigment Transfer… “It is a four layer process in which the pigments are transferred from pigment sheets to the print area via adhesion baths and pressure. These prints are no longer being made as they were extremely labor intensive requiring costly materials and separation negatives, plus a very high loss rate.”
